Add a Menu Option to Open Shortcuts in a New Window (All Windows)

This tweak adds a right-click menu option to enable you to open Internet shortcuts in a new Explorer window.

Open your registry and create the key below.

Set the (Default) value to "rundll32.exe shdocvw.dll,OpenURL %l".

Apply this tweak or open Internet Explorer and click on Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced and uncheck "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts".

Exit Internet Explorer and right-click on a shortcut to use the new option.
